Before the workpieces reach the galvanising shop for surface finishing, they are pretreated in a variety of processes.

Galvanising is an important distinguishing feature for PRONTOR with respect to fitting precision and surface quality. In order to meet the high demands of our customers on the surface quality of lens barrels and shutters in the past, we have built up a broad know-how and vast experience in galvanising over numerous decades.

With two automated galvanising lines and a waste water recycling plant, we satisfy the latest standards.

In our wet paintshop we work with semi-automated hand spraying cabins and automatic turntables.

Workpieces measuring up to 1600 x 800 x 800 mm can be painted in the hand spraying cabins. The maximum workpiece size for the automatic turntables is 300 x 300 x 300 mm.

All workpieces can be painted in any desired colour, either as a single colour or multi-colour. We paint on practically any surface.

As an OEM supplier, we deliver products and assemblies on request with individual company logos. We can also provide the attachment of labels with safety instructions and performance data.

Screen printing, rotary printing and pad printing can be used for application of company logos.
