In our wet paintshop we work with semi-automated hand spraying cabins and automatic turntables.
Workpieces measuring up to 1600 x 800 x 800 mm can be painted in the hand spraying cabins. The maximum workpiece size for the automatic turntables is 300 x 300 x 300 mm.
All workpieces can be painted in any desired colour, either as a single colour or multi-colour. We paint on practically any surface.
Coating paints
For decorative and opaque surfaces.
Structural paints
The range of finishes offered by our paintshop extends from a fine through a coarse structure right up to pearl structure.
Smooth paints
These are used for smooth and decorative finishes for outdoor applications.
Conductive lacquers
These are characterised by their screening of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic fields (EMC). In addition, these lacquers discharge electrostatic charges.
Sliding lacquers
Reduce frictional resistance.
Reflection-reducing lacquers
These lacquers provide a matt, absolute glare-free surface. Thanks to the ultrafine spherical pigments, the painted surface absorbs up to 98% of the radiant light, irrespective of the angle of incidence.
Stove enamels up to 200° C
Stove enamels provide very good protection against corrosion, very good adhesion properties, a high resistance to chemicals and repel dirt and water.
Clear lacquers, hammer-finish lacquers and soft-coating
