Short cycle times over a large area

On an area of around 3,500 m², we assemble precision mechanical, optical and electronic modules and components.

With short pass times and a low WIP stock, we adapt ourselves flexibly to the customer's desired production cycle, for example also using the Kanban process.

For the integration of electronic modules, we work in ESD-proof areas, such as for the assembly of modules for laboratory analysis apparatus.

In our white room we assemble diaphragms for semiconductor lithography.

We have experience with fluid devices, for example from the assembly of contrast medium injectors for nuclear spin tomography examinations.

We have over 40 years' experience in the field of medical stands. Our stands combine mechanical and electronic components.

Furthermore, our traditional field of business with shutter production and assembly still finds applications in aerial photographic and cinema cameras.
